Terms and Conditions for Gawbee

Service Gawbee (operated by Fastail, UK) provides an AI receptionist service: an AI agent answers calls and SMS to a number we provision for you, captures information, and surfaces it in your dashboard. 2. Subscription and billing Gawbee is sold as a monthly subscription via Stripe. Plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3. Refunds We don't offer pro-rata refunds for the current month. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email graeme@fastail.ai and we'll make it right. 4. Acceptable use - No illegal activity. No harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive use. - You're responsible for the prompts you configure and the conversations your agent has. - Don't use the service to mass-cold-call. UK PECR rules apply. 5. Service availability We provide the service on a best-effort basis. Outages happen. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. 6. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. 7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 8. Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. Contact: graeme@fastail.ai
