Privacy Policy for Gawbee
Last updated: 2026-05-03 This is a draft policy for a private beta. Replace with reviewed legal copy before public launch. Gawbee (operated by Fastail, UK) provides AI receptionist services. By using Gawbee you agree to the practices described below. 1. Data we collect - Account info (name, email, business name) to operate your account. - Billing info via Stripe — Stripe stores card details, we do not. - Call and SMS conversations routed through your dedicated number, including audio recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and any names captured during the call. - Usage data (basic analytics) to improve the product. 2. How we use it - To deliver the receptionist service: route calls and texts, store transcripts in your dashboard, send you summaries. - To improve our prompts and quality. We do not sell or share your customer data with third parties for advertising. 3. Subprocessors We rely on the following providers to deliver the service: Vapi (voice agent), Twilio (telephony), Anthropic (LLM), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (billing). 4. Call recording consent Our agent's first sentence asks the caller for permission to record. If a caller declines, the agent ends the call gracefully. Recordings can be deleted on request — email graeme@fastail.ai. 5. Retention Conversation data is retained for the life of your account, plus 30 days after cancellation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. 6. Your rights UK GDPR rights apply: access, rectification, deletion, portability. Email graeme@fastail.ai. 7. Changes We'll notify customers by email of any material change to this policy.
